STEP 1: Go to this website: antispam.foresite-it.com.au

STEP 2: Click on forgot your password.

STEP 3: Enter your work email address and click the send button.

STEP 4: Open your mailbox and copy the password given.

STEP 5: Go back to the email filtering portal and log in.
