User Guide on how to manage the Spam Quarantine Email Report

Anti-spam is EzyNode's spam filtering system to make sure spam emails don't get to your mailbox. But there are instances, that this system somehow detects legitimate emails as a spam. That's why it is very important to know how to manage your Anti-Spam system.

You will receive your spam report 8:00 AM every Monday to Friday. On the report that will be sent to you, you will have the option to either release or white list (Permanently bypass Anti-Spam to never block the sender) by just clicking on the email you get from Anti-Spam. If didn't get the report on a certain day, please let us know.

This video will guide you to deliver, whitelist, and delete quarantined possible spam emails.

At the bottom part of the email notification, you have the option to change how often you want to receive the report. By default it is received by the clients on weekdays.
